1. Who We Are

ELDT365 is operated by IroInnovations. We are a training provider listed on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Training Provider Registry, offering online Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) theory courses, endorsement and knowledge-test preparation, pre-trip inspection video lessons, forklift operator training, DOT hazmat employee training, and English practice for drivers. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it refers to ELDT365 / IroInnovations.

We collect the following categories of information when you use our platform:

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

• Deliver your online training courses and track progress
• Issue completion certificates and forklift operator cards
• Report training completions to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry as required by federal regulation (49 CFR Part 380)
• Process payments through our payment processors, Stripe and Square
• Send you course-related communications (completion confirmations, certificate delivery)
• Provide customer support, including through an automated support assistant that can answer questions, swap a course, or process a refund that qualifies under our Refund Policy. Support conversations are stored so we can help you and review the assistant's work.
• Fill in your FMCSA filing form from a photo of your driver's license, if you choose to upload one. The photo is read once by an AI service to pull out your name, license number, state and date of birth, and is never saved; you check and confirm every field before anything is filed.
• Send occasional offers about related courses (you can unsubscribe at any time) and, only if you opted in, text messages about your course
• Measure how our pages and checkout are used (first-party analytics on our own site) so we can fix problems and improve them
• Improve our platform and training content

4. FMCSA Reporting

As an FMCSA-registered training provider, we are required by federal law to upload your training completion data to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry (TPR). This includes your name, date of birth, license information, and training completion details. This reporting is mandatory and cannot be opted out of if you complete an ELDT course.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share your data with:

• FMCSA / U.S. Department of Transportation — Training completion records as required by federal regulation
• Google — If you choose "Continue with Google" to sign in, Google confirms your identity and shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use the email address only to find your existing ELDT365 account. Google sign-in is optional and subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe and Square — Our payment processors, which handle all card transactions. We never store your full card number on our servers. Stripe's Privacy Policy
• Partner Schools — If you enrolled through a partner driving school, we share your training progress and completion status with that school so they can coordinate your behind-the-wheel training
• Certificate Verification — Your forklift certification status (name and certification validity) is available via our public verification page when someone enters your certificate ID

6. Service Providers

We use trusted companies to run parts of the service on our behalf: Brevo (email delivery), Telnyx (text messages, only if you opted in), Bunny.net (video hosting for our video lessons), Cloudflare (website security and bot protection, including the security check at checkout and login), and InMotion Hosting (servers). Each receives only the information needed to do its job, such as your email address to deliver an email or your device information to stream a video, and may not use it for anything else.

6a. Cookies & Sessions

We use session cookies to keep you logged in while you complete your training. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising. If you arrived at our site through a Google Ads link, Google may place its own cookies subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, secure session management, and restricted access to our databases. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe's and Square's PCI-compliant infrastructure and never touches our servers. Passwords are stored in our database; we recommend using Continue with Google or a unique password.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account and training records for as long as needed to fulfill our legal and regulatory obligations. FMCSA training records are kept in accordance with federal record-keeping requirements. If you would like to request deletion of your account data (excluding records we are legally required to retain), please contact us.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of non-essential communications

10. Children's Privacy

ELDT365 is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. CDL training is only applicable to individuals who meet the minimum age requirements set by the FMCSA and their state of residence.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of ELDT365 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
