Yes. ELDT365 is a registered ELDT theory provider. When you finish, your completion is reported directly to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry (TPR) — usually within minutes — so your state DMV can see it.

No — and be careful of anyone who says otherwise. ELDT is the federally required theory portion. After you finish, you still take your skills test at the DMV. This is the step you have to complete first.
Two different things. The HAZMAT (H) endorsement is for CDL truck drivers hauling hazardous loads. DOT Hazmat Employee training (49 CFR 172.704) is for non-drivers who ship or handle hazmat — warehouse staff, shippers, lab and medical couriers. If you're not sure, just search "hazmat" above and we'll point you to the right one.
