Does this include the TSA background check?
No - the TSA check and fingerprinting are a separate federal step you do through your state. This course is the required training portion.
Do I take a DMV test after?
Yes. Once we file your completion, you take the H knowledge test at your DMV.
Is there behind-the-wheel training for hazmat?
No. HAZMAT is theory only. This course is the whole ELDT requirement for the H endorsement.
How long does the TSA check take?
Usually 30 to 60 days. Start it the same week you take this course; they run in parallel.
Do I need this if I had hazmat before 2022?
No. ELDT applies to first-time H endorsements after February 7, 2022. Renewals do not require it.
Does this course expire?
No. Your registry record is permanent. The TSA assessment renews every 5 years.
What if I am not satisfied?
Full refund within 7 days if you have completed less than 10% of the course and taken no quizzes. Bought the wrong course? We swap it free. A course already filed with the FMCSA registry cannot be refunded.
